Strongest mail ever
My nails have always been brittle. I could grow them out to a certain length and the would break with the smallest action. I’ve been taking this for two months and can definite tell a difference.

It really helps with my nails, hair and skin.
I love this product because as we age we lose some of the building blocks of our skin, bones and muscles but collagen would boost it for you, Biotin for your nails and skin to make sure you still look at your prime Lastly. This supplement has been amazing for my skin, nails, & hair.Only two pills a day and way to better hair and nails, that’s a no brainer. I do recommend you give this a try.

Did not work, opposite effect
My hair started falling out and looks lifeless.

Repurchasing, they might be helping.
I am on my second bottle. I’m not sure I see any improvement yet, but I’m not convinced that there isn’t any improvement either. Lol! Early days & I’m a skeptic. But for this price I’ll give it a real chance. A few months at least. They are large but glide down ok.

Didn't work out
The softgels made my mother sick. She is taking "Oceancoll Marine Collagen Powder | Wild-Caught Hydrolyzed Fish Collagen | Amino Acids for Skin, Hair, Nails and Joint Health | Non-GMO, Gluten Free | Unflavoured" now and doing well.
