I've used glucosamine since I was 19 and had my first surgery. It's been super helpful with both pain management and mobility. I've gone through my share of brands, MSM vs Chondroitin, dosages, etc. and I have to say, this is one, if not these best I've used. It's a little pricey, however, it's available via Subscribe and Save so you get a little discount there. That said, you get the piece of mind that you're getting quality, natural ingredients - not processed junk like some of these others. Not to mention, it flat out works. Definitely not a deal killer, but it would be nice if they were able to reduce it down to two pills instead of four because it adds up when you're taking other medications. Overall, I would definitely recommend, even if you're happy with your current brand, give this a shot. It won't disappoint.

This surprised me at how well it worked! After just a week, almost no more arthritis pain in my thumb, which the chondroiton seems to be making stronger every day. The only negative was some stomach upset taking 4 caps a day, but it went away taking just 3. Great product!

I have always had issues with my joints popping from my ankles, feet, wrists, hands and hips. Since taking this product and adding a bit more stretching I do feel considerable relief from tension in my joints. So far I don't have a lot pain but do feel the tension, so far this has started to show some relief in only a couple of weeks. It sure feels nice.

Early last winter I got it in my head that I wanted to begin running again. I hadn't run for more than 30 years and I did not have proper shoes. After a couple of days, both knees were hurting me so much that I could barely walk. I ordered the Naturelo brand of glucosamine because it was a top rated one on Amazon. Within a few weeks, my pain subsided and after a couple of months it was pretty much gone. I have noticed that my right knee hurts occasionally, which I attribute to my intense gardening. I plan to order this product again and probably keep it up on a regular basis.

With that said, I want to share the POSITIVE IMPACT THIS supplement had on me:<br /><br />So, I was in pain a while. My lower back was killing me. I used ICE and HEAT to go from 10/10 pain to about 5/10 pain. Then, I spoke to a physical therapist and I asked him if I should keep taking Glucosamine...he asked me how much I was taking and how often; I told him that I was taking about half the dosage 'here and there' (every other day or so). He said it seems to help some people; there isn't strong clinical evidence, but if I was going to take it, I should take the recommended dosage and I shouldn't skip days. He said that it needs to be in your bloodstream pretty much all the time. So, I took the recommended 4 pills.2 days later, I'm relatively pain free...I would say I'm at about 1/10. I can't imagine if this actually worked that fast? I dont know for sure but I'll keep testing this. But I wanted to leave this for others who may be taking this without the right dosage. Make sure your doses are correct. Don't just take 1/4 or 1/2 the dosage and expect things to change.<br /><br />Don't take this long term as there are side effect talk to a doctor.
