Impressed on every front
Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good.

Does the job, mostly
Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. Does not dissolve well — I end up chewing little lumps, which is unpleasant.

Not for me, unfortunately
Used it consistently for six weeks and honestly felt no difference at all. The seal was broken on arrival, which made me nervous about freshness.
