Magnesium Based Sleep Aid
If I were to rate it on effectiveness, I would give it one star. That may be just me; you may find it more effective. You can only know that by giving it a try. It is made by a Korean manufacturer that provides assurance of using GMP (good manufacturing practice guidlines). The main ingredients are L-Thenine at about 800 mg and Magnesium at 440 mg per two pills that are the recommended dosage. To my knowledge L-Thenine does not have benefits as a sleep aid. For Magnesium, the research I have seen is mixed, but generally does not show a strong sleep benefit. In my own use, I found no benefit. I have long-term experience with off and on insomnia and have tried many over-the-counter sleep aids, but not Magnesium, until now. The ones I find work for me are the anti-histamines (which actually will work for almost everyone), and particularly doxylamine succinate (sold by many manufacturers, most famously as Unisom).
