Don't buy if you don't know the actual percentage/concentrations of each vitamin listed. They hide this, so you don't know that after you've paid that much for a bottle of vitamins, there's like 20% daily value of everything in it, so you have to take two and there isn't much in the bottle in the first place. There is no reason for the cost of this multivitamin. I feel like I was fooled by the reviews (lazily choosing something that others claimed was great, when I was short on time and just needed to buy), which makes me think that half of them have got to be false or people who work for the company.

YUMMY tasting Vitamins!!! Staying away from the INSANE amount of sugar and chemically created sweeteners, colors and other ingredients, I have spent an insane amount of money on multi-vitamins for my children. They have been so difficult to find a good tasting, healthier vitamin for. This one has been the BEST tasting out of the dozen we've tried! My kids haven't complained, cried or whined! Thank you! I'm not sure how some of these children's or even adult's vitamins are allowed on the market! How are they considered a &#34;helpful&#34; daily multi-vitamin, if all the TOXIC Chemicals poured into each vitamin is counteracting any bit of essential vitamin you are trying to receive? Here you go my precious child.. Swallow down some more Toxic Artificial Food Coloring that makes your brain wacky. You may find an essential vitamin hiding in there somewhere. It is just horrible what has been allowed in our foods alone, but vitamins?? Just mind blowing!<br /><br />I cannot say these vitamins are the best out there, as they aren't packed with all the vitamins, nor the amount I'd like my children to have daily. But.. They are the BEST tasting! So if you are trying to supplement your child's diet with a multi-vitamin, yet having difficulties getting them to chew any of these healthier ones, this may be a good choice for a little. I still give my children an additional 400-800 IU of Vitamin D3, also B12 often and vitamin C as well. And a daily Probiotic is crucial! Organic everything is always better, but GMO FREE is the next best thing!!! Please read the labels for ingredients, especially when you see sugar-free on any vitamins. Many, if not Most have artificial sweeteners, which is much worse than feeding our children sugar. I would rather hand them a teaspoon of sugar. Look for sweeteners such as Stevia and xylitol on those sugar-free ones. This one is not sugar free, but there's nothing artificial in it, and the sugar content isn't even near eye popping. I will try Dr. Mercola's Multivitamin for Kids again in the future (as it is surely the best), but I'm happy to at least have &#34;Whole Nature's&#34; Children's Gummy for the time being.
