I was happy to give these vitamins a try! Love the chic amber bottle, however the top of the lid the circle part got unglued and i had a hard time removing the cork part without it. As for the vitamin I have used these now for a month and can def feel the energy and a have calmer mood at work! I love that these are fermented which I try to find most of my vitamin like that. These will now become a staple in my vitamin regimen!

I regularly take vitamins B for the many health benefits, but primarily to treat depression. I have a gene mutation which makes what kind of vitamin B I take very important. This seems to be a very high quality and I like the idea of the combination of ingredients including the fermented ingredients. The whole concept seems great. It comes in a beautiful glass bottle which makes me feel even more than I'm taking a quality product.<br />If you're familiar with vitamin B supplements, you'll know they can stink like crazy. This doesn't have any gross smell at all. They are on the large side, so I was worried about how easy they would be to swallow. I have difficulty swallowing so I take this with a smoothie and I've not had any problems.

This B complex is a gentle energy which I felt throughout my torso which didn’t give me any jitters but gave me energy and focus. It was gentle on my stomach too, no issues with digestion.<br />What pills are a bit on the larger side and are a compressed texture instead of sugarcoated pill. My bottle did have the lid come apart and detached from the cork but I still could open it.

I ordered this because my diet's not ideal due to my MIL taking over my kitchen regularly and insisting on feeding us all to my FIL's dietary preferences (no veggies, LOTS of starches); I know I was deficient in several vitamins already, and have been working to correct that as much as possible with supplements.<br /><br />These B-complex supplements arrive in a gorgeous amber glass apothecary bottle with the traditional stopper; it looks great sitting out on a tray with my skincare supplies, which helps me remember to take them daily. The capsules are fairly large because of the whole-foods approach, but that allows for them to be taken with or without a meal, and they don't really have a flavor. I love that the company sells refill pouches to help minimize waste and energy needed to recycle the glass, as well.<br /><br />But the biggest thing I love about these is that they contain, for basically every vitamin in them, 200% of the recommended daily intake--enough to provide what a healthy person needs without risking the problems caused by taking 10 or 20 times the daily value. That also makes them not ideal for me right now as I'm working to correct several years of deficiencies in my diet, but they'll be ideal for me next winter once I've corrected the deficiencies and no longer need to take more than maintenance levels. And I will definitely be purchasing these, as both their company values and quality align with my life.

I think that adding fermented foods (or supplements) to your diet is one of the most healthful things you can do! This bottle is a great mix of B vitamins and fermented ingredients. Would highly recommend you add this to your diet.

I was not familiar with this brand of supplements but, after getting these B-Complex tablets, I am impressed. The ingredients are excellent, they are a great complex with the addition of the unique proprietary blend. All organic.<br /><br />I like that you only need one pill, not two, to get the full dose.<br /><br />They do have a smell to them but I would not say it was good or bad, just a smell. I did not notice a taste when swallowing or after taking them.<br /><br />I have to say - nothing to do with the actual product - the glass jar these come in are awesome. I wondered if it was glass when I ordered it but I assumed it just looked that way and would arrive and be plastic. No. It is a very cool glass apothecary looking jar. It even has a "plug" type cap, not a screw on/off. Just the jar itself is a keeper.<br /><br />The only downsides for me:<br />They are only a 30 day supply that fills 1/2 the bottle.<br />I did not look closely when ordering to notice they were tablets not capsules. I prefer capsules just because they are easier to swallow. However, they are not huge and I did not find them hard to swallow so it was not a big deal.
