Allopecia (hair loss) unfortunately is a challenging condition to treat with natural supplements and OTC products, especially in men. This biotin/keratin product has had an undetermined effect on my hair loss. However, I have noticed some improvement in my nails. For men, I advise the use of a quality Saw Palmetto supplement ( a DHT blocker) and you will notice a measurable growth in hair.

Great purchase

Been taking over a month and nails are weeker and more hair fall out. I switched brands i thought itd be better higher doseage, but no. I will still keep continuing to look for right one. My hair dont seem to grow and neither do my nails. Ive tried several biotin products haven't found a good one yet.update 1: going to try a gummy again only 5,000 mcgs ill update again when these are gone and i try gummy update 2: still no luck now im trying a chewable tablet 10,000 mcgs. Will update again.
