Easy to Take but Not Clear on the Impact and Pricey

I have been taking for the last few weeks. The pill itself is easy to take and I have not observed any negative side effects. And I haven't had any particularly bad days related to joint pain or stiffness, but I don't feel confident in saying that the Move Free Ultra has made a positive impact on my joints. I do many things to try to minimize joint pain including Physical Therapy, Tens Unit Treatments and Braces (knee and elbow). So its hard for me to pin point exactly what is working. So the cost of the Move Free Ultra is a little high, not unreasonably so, but for not knowing that it is definitively improving my condition. What I would say is that if you suffer from joint pain, the cost for 3 months of treatment is pretty low. So I think its worth a try but you will have to judge for yourself whether you think its making the difference for you.

There are Less Costly Alternatives

The only "special" ingredient in this product is calcium fructoborate. Medical research substantiates that this substance is helpful for things the product claims to help, but the cost of this particular product is ridiculous ($108 at the time of review). Simply search for "calcium fructoborate" to find much better deals.

The product contains a nearly useless amount of magnesium as well. Given the cost of the product, I think they could have done better than 10% DV. Interestingly the product nutrition label picture included with the product listing omits the magnesium content (and calcium content which is also low), but the label on the bottle shows what you really are getting (or not, depending on your perspective). This appears to me to acknowledge the problem I am pointing out. Why show inconvenient facts? How do you call something with 10% DV magnesium a magnesium supplement?

Vitamin D at 100% of DV is useful, but other supplements provide much more and if you don't get much sun you likely need more. So the only thing you are really getting here is the calcium fructoborate.

Having said all that, the product packaging and labeling is great. This is a product made by a polished, professional company and it shows. The single dose pill is easy to swallow and distinctly recognizable with its red and white gelatin capsule. The issues above make me unhappy, so three stars.

Not as expensive as I first thought

I ordered this Move Free joint health ultra supplement because I’ve been having some joint pain with my exercising. I’ve been taking them for a few days and I feel like I can already notice some results. Less pain and stiffness. The bottle says it could take 14 days to feel results, though, so hopefully it’s not a fluke. Originally I thought these capsules were very expensive but then I noticed that it’s over 2 1/2 months’ worth of pills. Still not the cheapest product out there but definitely worth it if it works.

Works great and does the job

Every time I have pain in the knee. I will take the pill for a week and after one week, I don't feel the pain in the knee. I bought some for my parents, too. It helps them to reduce the pain from the knee. It's a really good supplement for joints. Easy to swallow.

Easy to take.

These Move Free Ultra 365 with Triple Action Joint Support capsules are easy to take and have all the ingredients that are said to be helpful. They did not upset my stomach.
