Thia little bottle of multi vitamin is just packed with goodness. It seems to have every nutritious vitamin a human body could ever crave. They contain organic vegetables, such as broccoli, spinach, beetroot, tomato, and dulse, to name a few. The clear capsules tastes just ok on the tongue, but leave a taste, although not totally unpleasant. It takes time to feel the result, and form positive reviews on vitamins, but with such an array of vitamins in these capsules, I can only say they are certainly worth the try.

My daughter and I have both tried these and will continue to buy them.

These vitamins are easy to take - easy-to-swallow, ok taste, and no unusual reaction so far, aside from a slight change in urine color, but all websites I've seen say that's ok and it's just the excess of particular vitamin(s) coming out of the body. No huge difference in energy after only the first few days so will need to continue to see how it goes. So far, so good.

The thing about vitamins is that they are usually hard to review because who's to say how well they are really working? This is what I can say about these vitamins...<br />They are easy to take. The pills aren't huge and I've had no problems with them getting stuck in my throat.<br />They don't make me sick. I've had multivitamins make me queasy before, and so far, these haven't done that.<br />Other than that, all I can really say for sure is that I'm glad I'm making steps to take care of my health as I can.

These vitamins are a basic women’s multivitamin. They are easy to swallow and don’t give me heartburn or make me nauseated like some vitamins. So far I’d say they are worth it.

I can't say I've tried many multivitamins before, but I am pleased with these ones. They have all the essential vitamins, and I've noticed that I have better energy when I take these.
