We had been using these for the past 5 months, but I received a notice from Amazon that this product had been recalled. I was unable to return it since we had JUST finished the bottle and threw it out and I was not able to get my money back, which really makes no sense to me. Overall, these gummies tasted great and my kids enjoyed them, but we switched to a different brand.

I've been using the nature's way sambucus elderberry for my kids. I still love those, but I decided to try another brand. These are tasty and easy to chew. Good consistency its not gummy, it does not get stuck in your teeth. It has 50mg of elderberry fruit in ONE gummy, the other brand has 50mg in 2 gummies. My kids love them. I would definitely purchase these again!

My kids (ages 4 and 5) have been taking these for a few weeks and love them! Not only have they gotten sick less often than before (and less often than their classmates), but the few times they got colds, they only lasted for a day or two. They used to miss every other week of school due to illness, but so far have only missed 1 day each. Highly recommend!

This is rather long but important:<br /><br />I order these because they work!! Elderberry, has been keeping their Immune system supported during his Pandemic. The proven effects of Elderberry on the immune system are self explanatory. Not only does the Elederberry help with her Asthma in not allowing mucus to build up in her chest, when she begins to cough I give her 3 gummies twice a day and within hours any mucus is expelled rather quickly.<br /><br />I keep this regimen up for a couple of days just to ensure she remains clear. I was shocked at the amount of mucus that comes up however her chest clears up and have been giving these to my kids for months and they keep her from being constipated by ensuring she has regular bowel movement which is vital for maintaining a healthy immune system.<br /><br />Value:<br />Do not worry about going to Walmart, Target, Walgreens, ect. Because this is the best value for the money. If you notice the containers in those stores the bottle is halfway filled, and are under the recommended grams. Also will say "made with Elderberry" because they are not the primary ingredient ( I have even seen some sprinkled with granules of sugar!!!) . Elderberry is the PRIMARY INGREDIENT HERE and it is a FULL BOTTLE.

So I really hate to give them a low rating because the taste and quality of the gummies are GREAT. I'm giving them a low rating because the description and the advertisement does not make the allergy warnings CLEARLY VISIBLE. As you can see in my pictures it mentions tree nuts, which my son is okay with, just like the advertisement. But what I learned today after my son had a allergic reaction was that they are manufactured in close proximity to peanuts, eggs, and shellfish (amongst other things) that my son is highly reactive to! Within MINUTES of giving him this gummy he had a reaction. I am partially responsible as I did not read the advertisement or bottle in totality (most people don't). But it's at the bottom of the page. It lists their legal disclaimer noting the fact they are manufactured near allergens. But the picture, I believe, misrepresents this idea because it does not show that on the picture of the bottle. So I would not recommend for children with allergies. Lesson learned.

So glad the recall on these were false. When we saw the recall info we looked it up and they falsely flagged this company. Anyway, we purchased them for our grandson who is being extremely picky right now, mac n cheese is all he wants right now. He loves them!
