This is a very cost-effective product. Taking two of these capsules in the evening will help you sleep better and help your bowel movements. Magnesium is something that most people aren't getting enough of. This product is a very good high quality product for the price.

I tried to find a product that was easy to swallow and these pretty much were, but they had me cramping and running frequently to the bathroom (24/7!) until I realized the cause and discontinued them. I’m not sure if the dosage was too much (with me possibly already getting some of these ingredients through my diet) or if I am one of those people who have a problem absorbing magnesium, but I believe I’ve taken magnesium in the past without issue. Sometime down the road, I’ll trying taking half the recommended dosage and see if that’s tolerable and if there’s still an issue possibly take another pill along with them to help with absorbing the magnesium. These were expensive and I hate to get rid of them.

because overall I buy this particular brand & product ALL THE TIME, in fact it's by far my FAV cal-mag product!!! But I should've returned THIS bottle -- has a funky "glue" smell to it -- not at all pleasant & in fact, kind of scary. Too late to return it now -- so oh well, more hard-earned money thrown into the waste basket. Not happy 'bout that!

This is a great amino acid chelated cal/mag product with multiple forms of each mineral.

I am allergic to A LOT of ingredients and this one didn't have the usual extras that I can't consume.<br />Shipped in a timely manner.<br />Secure packaging.<br />I don't really notice anything different but am hoping that these are beneficial to my health.

I like that this product contains calcium in several different forms. To me this seems it would be most effective. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste. I’ve been using this product foe a few years.
