I would much rather buy vit c by the lb than pay all the extra money for capsules and get less product! I searched for a while before I found the right price for what I wanted. Couldn’t be happier.<br />I have refillable capsules but I just take the correct amount on the back of my tongue and swallow with a drink avoiding my teeth. It’s totally sour.<br />I always swish with water afterwards so It doesn’t damage my teeth.<br />I love it this way over capsules.<br />100% recommend.

I initially bought this for photographic purposes, I also used it as a replacement for Sulfite in wine making, and in food prep (a teaspoon of this plus a teaspoon of Citric Acid in 2 quarts of water keep apple slices from turning brown, though each on it's own should do this as well.). Also being food grade, one can consume it directly as well. This also has use as a pH modifier in Hydroponic systems if you need to reduce pH slightly.<br /><br />The zip closure bag is also handy to keep the powder from caking due to humidity. The price is right as well.
