In the past, I have grown my own broccoli sprouts for sulforaphane. With the quality of this supplement, I plan to stop doing that. I'm sure this supplement is far more nutrient dense that the amount of sprouts I have to grow and eat to get the same benefits, not to mention the work involved. I will continue to use this supplement by Gigantic to supply the benefits of getting enough sulforaphane.

This seems to be a good quality sulforaphane blend so far.<br /><br />- Capsules are easy to swallow<br />- No odd aftertaste or ill effects<br />- Price/Value is good<br />- Label does not have GMP stamp nor any evidence of being 3rd party lab tested (I haven't seen a finished product COA yet)<br /><br />I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

I take this for its antioxidant and inflammation reducing effects. Other possible benefits are strong<br />anticancer properties and improving digestion.<br />Glucoraphanin is the precursor of sulforaphane. The enzyme myrosinase combines with glucoraphanin to form sulforaphane. This has a high dosage of these ingredients plus vitamin C, probiotics, and prebiotics. Broccoli upsets my stomach, so these work great for me. They are convenient and highly absorbable. The bottle contains 120 capsules, which is 60 servings and lasts two months. The capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. I take two capsules daily with a meal. They are made in the USA and there's a good amount for the price.

I Love broccoli, eat it when I can but not as much as I would prefer. I am keen on the "sulforaphane" component as well as the taste and texture of my favorite vegetable. But when I cant get it, or dont feel like eating it, I use sulforphane supplements. Basically, this component is very important to health and longevity. I think I learned about it in the book, [[ASIN:B00Y7USB14 How Not to Die]]. Haven't been taking this for long, and I am not really sure how to measure if something is working. It swallows easily and I simply take it as I remember to.<br /><br />One aspect that sticks out over another supplement that I take is that this includes a good amount of vitamin C as well as some pro/prebiotics.<br /><br />It's a 2 month supply, which brings it down to $10 per month. I think that is reasonable (not that I rate on price). Just if I continue to like it, then I will likely continue with this product.<br /><br />5 stars because the quality seems very good, product seems promising, and I am pleased with the components in this. At this cost you get a 60 Day Supply, it is a great opportunity to see if you can benefit from these great ingredients. I am taking these easy to swallow capsules to get the benefit of gut heath from the Pre and Probiotics and also to see if the Sulforaphane can help with neuropathy, I suffer from neuropathy pains in my lower extremities. I've always wanted to add a sulforaphane supplement to my regimen due to the potential beneficial effects it provides. These pills are easy to swallow and a great addition to a healthy diet. I do not like broccoli, so I prefer it in a supplement form. I have not noticed any ill effects from consuming this, but I also have not noticed any major beneficial effect either. I believe I would need further medical evidence from testing to determine the actual effectiveness of this product. However, I do feel that, as a supplement, this is easy to take and has the potential to provide a nutritional benefit in an area where many of us lack in our diets.
