Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it.

Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom.

Disappointed after a full bottle
Ingredient list has more fillers than I'd like for the price. Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom. Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst.

The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.
