This had a very good cookies and cream flavor. The protein serving is 25g per serving and mixed well!

This powder has very good ingredients and is great for building muscle! It mixes very well blended, or shaken with water or milk (if you know protein powders, this is a huge plus!). Also, this flavor is a good idea to mix up the usual flavors protein powders usually come in.<br />The only downside is the cookies and cream flavor leaves some to be desired. It is probably best described as more cream than cookies. Was hoping for more of an Oreo vibe, but tasted more like sweet milk. Not a bad flavor at all, just light on the cookies lol<br />Still, would buy again!

Currently, the price of this protein powder is just above $1.50 a serving which is a bit on the expensive side but not completely crazy compared to some other proteins I have seen. I think the most important factors of a protein powder aside from the protein per serving are the taste and how well it mixes. I got the cookies and cream flavor which comes with actual chocolate cookie pieces which is a nice touch and the taste is actually pretty accurate to what I would expect from cookies and cream ice cream, however, I do find it a bit sweet for my taste but nothing that keeps me from using the product. I just use a basic shaker bottle and it mixes fairly easily, just a few seconds of shaking and there are no clumps left and everything is evenly dispersed without sediment at the bottom. Finally, as for the macros you can look at those yourself and decide if it fits your diet but at only 130 calories it has really helped me on my cut. Overall a nice protein powder that comes at a premium but I think delivers for the price.

I usually only go for vanilla or chocolate as it's usually safe. However, i was pleasantly surprised that this was so good. I mixed with water and STILL it tasted pretty good.<br /><br />25g per scoop is pretty good and there isnt a whole lot of "junk" included here. It's a bit pricey but this is isolate so it's on-par with others.<br />Not much would set this brand/supplement apart but so far i've tried their protein and aminos and i'm impressed

Tastes good but it’s a tad expensive
