Most consistently reliable
I have been dealing with insomnia for decades. Michael's Naturalpathic Sleep Formula has been consistently effective for my chronic experience of an inability to fall asleep and/or stay asleep. I have tried many products and will get good results for only a few nights; Then most products don't work after 2 - 3 nights of restorative sleep. So I try something else. Michael's is consistently the most reliable and worth the 5 star rating because it is the most reliable even if it does not always help me sleep more than about 4 hours it still works better than the many other sleep aids available.
