I ordered before and it has helped me with my joints, hair, and nails. My nails use to break so easily after it gets the length of my thumb nail shown...now I have to trim them down because they grow so well and strong. I have not had artificial nails since 2001 because they tend to destroy your natural nails. At 50 years old...my hair is fuller as well...even with semi-wet hair (pictured).
This is really bang for your buck, 3 great products in 1 easy to swallow pill couldn’t be easier. I don’t notice a taste, which is a plus for me. I can see a difference in my hair and nails already, super excited.
I had terrible nails and thin hair. I noticed after two weeks my nails are much healthier and don't hurt anymore as well as no splitting or flaking. My hair has new growth in bare spots on my temple. I am very happy with this product.
