Helps when paired with vitamin D3

Disclosure I have not been properly diagnosed with ADHD/ADD. After trying anxiety meds with no luck I’ve looked into other possibilities for my symptoms. Once discovering ADHD/ADD could be possible I wanted to try a more natural remedy before going through the official steps of testing, medication, doctors…. Magnesium was the first suggestion paired with vitamin D3 + B complex and OMG! It took about 3 weeks to notice progress and now I take it every day, specifically this brand and only magnesium glycinate. Anxiety, loud thoughts, sleep, everything has been so much better! It’s been 3 months now, I highly recommend it!

Really helpful for muscle relief, & better sleep

After a physical, my doctor suggested that I supplement my diet with Magnesium after looking at my blood work. I chose this type of Magnesium because of its absorption rate in my body. After a couple days on it, I noticed that the cramping in my hands was almost completely gone. I own a construction business, & working without my hands is not an option. I’m on my 2nd bottle now, & I’ve read studies that say that we don’t get the minerals like magnesium from our foods like folks did 100 years ago, it’s because of the depletion in the soils that grow supermarket foods. Chemical fertilizers that do nothing for the health of the dirt. I say give it a try, it’s natural, and it won’t give you any side affects except better health.

Restful sleep all night

This is the second brand I’ve tried and it makes so much of a difference! I don’t have trouble falling asleep but wake up in the night and often in a sheer panic over things I have no control over, especially in the middle of the night. I can be awake for a couple hours. Not with this! I still wake up occasionally, not as often, but no panic and fall back asleep right away. I know I’m having good REM sleep as well because I never had dreams, now I do. These are going on my subscription list!

The best Magnesium Glycinate!

I find Magnesium Glycinate 1000mg (Equal to 200mg Magnesium) is very easy to absorb. In fact, my physician recommended that I take the Magnesium Glycinate.
