Helps when paired with vitamin D3
Disclosure I have not been properly diagnosed with ADHD/ADD. After trying anxiety meds with no luck I’ve looked into other possibilities for my symptoms. Once discovering ADHD/ADD could be possible I wanted to try a more natural remedy before going through the official steps of testing, medication, doctors…. Magnesium was the first suggestion paired with vitamin D3 + B complex and OMG! It took about 3 weeks to notice progress and now I take it every day, specifically this brand and only magnesium glycinate. Anxiety, loud thoughts, sleep, everything has been so much better! It’s been 3 months now, I highly recommend it!
