Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender.

Quality you can actually feel
Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good.

Exactly what I was hoping for
Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted.
