Super happy with the product. Few supplements actually help my fall asleep. This one does. BUT, it does say 30 servings on the container and after my 2nd tub, each one only had 21-22 servings. Very disappointing.

Purchased the Apple Cider flavor and enjoyed the taste It comes w a pre measured scoop just like most powdered supplements and I used it from the first day that I received it and 21 days after I started I was left with about 1/4 of a scoop in the container and I never used more than the 1 scoop dosage . I contacted customer service and they took care of the problem so Im not sure if it was just a 1 time problem or if this happens quite often. I did like the benefits of the product and would sleep steady throughout the night w it.

Let me start by saying this is a 5-star sleep supplement. However, the flavor is pretty nasty, to put it lightly.<br /><br />I like the packaging and the name of this product. Great advertising.<br /><br />The first thing you will notice is the sweet apple cider smell when the lid comes off. The powder is fine and can become airborne and fill your room with the same apple cider smell. There is an included scoop to measure out one scoop per 8 ounces of water.<br /><br />The directions call to mix this with 8 ounces of warm water. I've found that using less than 8 ounces will not dissolve the powder entirely, like it on the bottom of your glass.<br /><br />The taste is the worse part. The flavor does taste like apple cider but is a chemical way. It's not easy to swallow. This is one of those you need to chug it down and get it over with quickly. And yes, it will still leave a fairly nasty aftertaste in your mouth. It's overly sweet yet bitter. I mixed up some for the family, and I'm the only one out of 5 who can handle this. You can't just sip it. If you try to sip, you'll never finish and question yourself on how much you spent on this and how you're going to be able to use it.<br /><br />Now the product works very well. About 30 minutes prior to bed I'm able to slam this down and I get a very good night's sleep. I'm not groggy or tired the next morning no matter how early I wake up.<br /><br />I've been using this for a solid week now, and my only complaint and it will prevent me from purchasing more is the taste. Hopefully they can change this flavor to make it more appealing to customers.

Ive had alot of problems sleeping so I resorted to pills to sleep. But now that I found this I fall asleep fast and stay asleep.

Putting the flavor aside, this did not work for me at all. Not only did I not sleep well, it gave me crazy freaky dreams. My screaming woke me up. I do not recommend.

I like that it dissolves easily and works. I do not wake up groggy. I do wish there were more flavor options, but overall happy with the purchase.
