These almost killed me. Ended up being rushed to ER. My heart was beating 170bpm at rest. Tachycardia as a result of extremely low potassium. First thing Doctor asked me is if I was on a diuretic. Please be careful, these will mess up your electrolytes and that can kill you.

I've been using this product for several years. I have a condition that makes me retain so much water that at times it feels like my skin might burst. These capsules are all-natural. They contain caffeine, but not so much that you experience negative side effects. Depending on how much water you need to lose, a half dose may be enough. It's that effective. This is NOT a fat burner supplement. It helps rid water from your system. You also have to drink water to make it work right. If you don't use as directed it won't work. And also don't expect a miracle from it.<br /><br />If used properly you will feel less bloated.

The only way you are going to actually see this product work is if you are already in pretty fantastic shape. It removes the subcutaneous water that the body holds onto to reveal better definition in people with already low body fat. If you are ~10-12% body fat or higher this product will still work, you probably just won't be able to see the results because the body fat is still in your way. I am 7% body fat these days and after running a few servings of this stuff I look like I am 5%. So in regards to the bad reviews put up here, the product probably did work, you are just not in the shape to realize the results yet. My advice...(not that anyone asked ;) haha), keep going and stop looking for miracle pills. Eat right and work hard.

I like that there are electrolytes and vitamins added so you don't loose to many while getting rid of water weight. Down side is you have to take 4 or more big capsules

Started taking to use for helping rid extra water for a photo shoot and bodybuilding competition. It does work to an extent but I think the fast acting part is wrong. I could only tell that it worked after 8 hours. I wanna try the other version that’s not in capsules to see if it works faster. Other than that it’s a great product. It doesn’t drain all your critical potassium and sodium.
