I am presenting in the picture the old bottle (right) and the new one they are selling now. As you can see from the ingredients a lot more than just the packaging has changed. The amount of minerals has gone gone down significantly. Notice the serving size listed has doubled but still most minerals have decreased!

I am on the keto diet (no carb) and have lost over 50lbs, but suffer from horrible leg cramps due to lack of electrolytes. I have always had a hard time taking pills, and this is definitely the solution. I add a teaspoon to my eggs in the morning and if it adds any taste at all, it's just a salt flavor..which of course goes well with eggs. I also add it to my water I drink throughout the day. You can dilute it enough not to taste it, but if you want to have a lot in it, use [[ASIN:B00OXAXUIM True Lemon ]] packets! It masks the taste of the 40,000 volts and just tastes like lemon water.

I was supplementing with this while on a ketogenic diet, which can really make electrolytes pass right through you. It worked so well and almost immediately eradicated my charlie horses. I ordered several more bottles after the initial purchase, and it's a much better value as compared to other electrolyte mixes.

Purchased a couple bottles of this in the past, and it has been phenomenal. It taste's awful, but can be combined with some Mio in water and it's very tolerable.<br /><br />Please do yourself a favor and try not to take too much of it at once. You will be cleansed by the fist of Zeus and his 40,000 volts.

To everyone commenting on how bad this tastes... it's concentrated brine. It's going to taste terrible if you use too much. I have a 1.5 liter bottle, and two teaspoons of this stuff is all I need (along with some sugar-free powdered flavor mix like Snapple) to make a great sports drink that saves me tons of money over bottles of Gatorade. Will definitely buy again when this is bottle runs out.
