These gummies are soft and delicious but overly sweet. They taste just like a strawberry candy. I wish they didn't use corn syrup as a sweetener because I try to avoid corn syrup in my diet.<br />At the current price point of $7 per bag they are an excellent value and a nice way to take a multivitamin supplement that focuses on hair and skin health.<br />The package warns that biotin supplements can interfere with lab tests. If you're curious, biotin can interfere with thyroid hormone testing, troponin testing, some other hormones (PTH, cortisol, FSH, and LH) and Vitamin D levels. If that's a concern, you should stop taking biotin containing supplements for 72 hours before blood tests and always let your doctor know what supplements you're taking.

These gummy vitamins taste super good, like a strawberry candy. I'm taking 2 a day for a month now and have noticed baby hairs growing back in and my nails growing faster, I want to say it's because of this as I'm not taking any other biotin or B6/B12 vitamin. Price is unbeatable for a month supply.

I prefer taking gummy vitamins over pills because I hate taking pills/capsules. These gummies taste like a cross between a starburst and a bubblelicious and the texture is the same. It's not bad but there is a weird aftertaste. They seem to be working though.

My wife has been taking these as she has long thin hair that is always breaking and she had been complaining about how thin it felt. After taking these for a couple of weeks she says it seems to feel a little thicker and has a little more volume.<br /><br />She says the gummies don't taste bad, but there is a little strange after taste that lasts for a few minutes.
