Loved the capsules. Made yogurt from milk with these capsules. They work. Noticed some increased gas activities (farting) initially with a stinch, then no odor after a few days. Family Doctor indicated the initial stinch was due to body getting rid of toxins in the intestins and is a good sign if followed by no odor later on. Also noticed my stool is a little softer.
To help others, I will put myself out there and say that I have always had to fight halitosis. It's not a hygiene issue - brushing, flossing, cleanings, etc don't help it. I have always had to use various special rinses and treatments to keep this under control. An acquaintance who also suffers from halitosis told me about using a good probiotic.
