I've taken Her Relief for nearly a month now and I don't know that I feel any different, per se, though I do have more energy and I have been able to bolster my regular intake of supplements while adding a few more supplements to the list. (The extra energy might come from the fact that this product does contain caffeine; I've included a full list of ingredients in this review.) Because I have some immune deficiencies, I already take quite a few supplements, so if I were to simply take this to replace all of my vitamins and herbs that are included in here, I'd be dropping my dosages quite a bit. But every BODY is different and I realize that most people don't parade around with a tote dedicated to the extra capsules and tinctures that I take on a daily basis as I make my best effort to stay healthy according to my GP's suggestions. Therefore, for people who aren't already on jacked-up doses of daily meds, this formula is full of helpful ingredients that I know have been good for me. I take zero to one capsule on the days when I feel really good, one on the days I feel like I might need more, and the full serving of two capsules when I feel like my immune system needs a good boost--especially because I'm surrounded by middle school students all day and we've had a variety of ailments sweep through our classrooms since school began in early August. According to the directions, a serving is 2 capsules and there are 60 servings per container; I love that there is a 60-day supply here (when following the regular dosing schedule) rather than the more prevalent 30-day supply. EACH SERVING CONTAINS: Vitamin C (200mg), Vitamin D3 (20mcg), Vitamin E (20mg), Vitamin B6 (10mg), Vitamin B12 (50mcg), Zinc (25mg), SelenoExcell Selenium (70mg), L-Lysine (250mg), Astragalus Extract (50mg), Echinacea (50mg), Garlic Powder (50mg), Natural Caffeine [Coffee Arabica Bean] (50mg), Olive Leaf Extract Oleuropein 20% (50mg), Oregano Powder (50mg), Organic Elderberry Extract 4:1 (50mg), and Red Panax Ginseng Extract (50mg). Other ingredients include Hypromellose Vegetable Capsule, Rice Flour, and Magnesium Stearate. This supplement is made in the USA and distributed by Pretty Privates out of La Mesa, CA. It's vegan, Non-GMO, and has the GMP stamp. According to the directions, the recommended dose for adults is 2 capsules daily. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medication.

I loved being able to find a supplement that encompasses many of the supplements that I am taking into one! I also enjoyed that it doesn't have a long list of filler ingredients.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.

Third-party tested, clean label. That's what I look for first. Actually works too, which is a bonus.

Good quality supplement. About three weeks in and noticing a difference, mostly in energy levels.
