Definitely doesn't upset stomach. (And my husband and I both have Hiatal Hernia, acid reflux & severe gastrointestinal problems. Treatment by gastrointestinal physician several years)<br />Take this daily with no issues and no problem swallowing.<br />Can't say we actually"feel different" after taking daily for a few months.<br />We combine this with other vitamins daily.
Very happy with this Forte Naturals Zinc 50mg vitamin supplement pill. Zinc is very effective in fighting acne and boosting your immunity! Most people even notice that their finger nails grow stronger and stop cracking as easily and that their hair gets healthier when taking daily zinc vitamin supplement pills.
I absolutely love this zinc supplement. Zinc tends to cause me some upset stomach, but not these little jewels. These are, by far, the best zinc supplements that I've ever taken. They are small enough, even for the kiddos to take. Price is a little higher than some, but Ilr take it. Not dealing with the stomach upset is well worth the higher price!
I take one with Magnesium, at bedtime. The combination is suppose to help increase sleepiness and quality of sleep.
On the recommendation of my Doctor I have to take Zinc 50 mg, once a day. As I had read that Zinc caused nausea and upset stomach, I decided on this brand after reading the label. I take one after lunch (it must be on a full stomach) and so far I have not felt any nausea or any discomfort! I'm happy with my purchase.
They are tasteless and easy to swallow. I don’t know if these actually have done anything for me. Just hoping.
