I received this item specifically to write a review that is both honest and potentially helpful to others considering a purchase.<br /><br />This is a citrus-flavored hydration powder that is supposed to be added to 16 ounces of water. When mixed as suggested, the flavor is mild. It is sugar-free and sweetened with Swevia, a natural, non-GMO, de-bitterized form of Stevia. The drink is not overly sweet. It contains no color and mixes up as a cloudy drink with a slight precipitate.<br /><br />The product claims to contain 3 times more electrolytes than the leading sports beverage. It provides sodium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, and potassium.<br /><br />My package arrived torn open with one of the 8 powder sticks missing, most likely a warehouse issue.

These are great. Not as good as the blue raspberry flavor but they do taste pretty darn good. We are regular purchasers of Electrolytes as it helps with energy and overall feeling of well being. These are fantastic. Not only are they portable so they can be carried to work or out and about, but they taste great and have zero sugar. Both very important to drink consumption in our household. I feel energized and awake without the buzz of caffeine and they are quite refreshing. 100% recommend

This powder dissolves quickly in cold water and is pleasant tasting. It tastes a lot like the flavor of that orange drink that went to the moon. But don’t drink it directly after brushing your teeth as the experience is the same as drinking orange juice after brushing. The flavor is so great and fruity while not being too sweet at all. It's so refreshing with amazing flavor, and easy to stir or shake into any water bottle

My husband likes to have an electrolyte drink after running in the summer. He likes this mix-in and reports it’s easy to drink and does a good job rehydrating. Though I don’t drink electrolyte drinks, I tried this for taste and found it to be mildly citrus-like, without being salty.<br />A good choice for hot days!
