I started out with the 1100mg version from the same brand; after the first month I decided to try the 3300mg. Ever since I began taking this supplement along with vitamin C; I have noticed a vast improvement in my skin quality where it’s smoother, natural glow as well as I don’t scar as bad and my skin recovers from any cuts or scratches faster; and my hair grows faster now as well; but my nails! My nails were so thin and would easily break; I have been stead growing out my nails while taking this supplement and they are amazing! I will continue to get these!

I was really hoping I was going to like this more that I did. I absolutely love, love, LOVE kbeauty, and I wanted to give Korean supplements a try too. Unfortunately, this product was just too acidic for me and caused me to have urethra inflammation. So just be ware of the acidic ingredients; there is citric acid, vitamin c and orange concentration in this; so all that added together can be very acidic for the average individual. I will say that the idea of this is very sound; as you get GABA (for sleep), molecular collagen and some other ingredients as well. However, after trying this, it only helped me sleep (through the night) for the first 3 days of taking it, after that, I began waking up a few times during the night as I did before. Also, the flavor of this is almost like a concentrated vape juice; a little bit overwhelming and probably something you don't necessarily want to drink. Not to mention the price of this; honestly it's just too expensive for the average individual. I WILL SAY THIS --- after taking it, I almost immediately saw some improvements in my skin. But in considerations of the price, the flavor and the fact that it's so acidic; It's just not worth your time. If you don't usually have issues with acidity, concentrated flavors, and you can afford the price of this product, definitely go for it. But if you also have the same issues as I do, I would look elsewhere in terms of a good-all-around collagen product.

Overall, I really like this product! I used to take this other powder collagen product and I had to down it with water after because the taste was so meh. This one, you just drink and that's it. It is super convenient and I like the sweet taste.<br /><br />I needed collagen because I could feel my skin aging and losing its elasticity and am so glad I found this. I don't know what this is but my skin was glowing after just taking it for a couple days! I am obsessed with K-beauty and have been eyeing this for a while and finally decided to try it out. I regret not trying it sooner.

I was taking fomula type of collagen for a long time. but its always bugging me to make a separate bottle with formula which I would forget easily. so i was not taking regularly, it's just wasted my money... But this product, for the very first bottle, it tastes bit sour which I was bit overwhelmed. So I put it in the refrigerator and make it cool. It's sweet, but still sour, but its tastey. It's very simple and easy to take it in my purse if i have no time to take it in the morning. And when i have a chance, just open it and bottoms up, done!<br />Feels like my skin starts glowing and looking bit brighter after 5 days.<br />Hope everyone of you try this product. Gas. Like horrifyingly loud and wet sounding. I'm sorry to be so graphic it's just be fore warned if you have any intolerance to lactose or I can't even imagine what else is in there that would make me have such enormous flatulence they were somewhat relieving but painful too. The collagen was working rhough. My gut was working too overtime..
