I never remember to take vitamins and the pills don't do well for me on an empty stomach. These I keep in my backpack and use as I'm on the train every morning for work. They don't upset my stomach and I'm using it first thing so I haven't had any food. Love that this is sugar free and virtually tasteless. Wish it were either a larger size or more vitamin D3 per spray so that it'd last longer but it's a 30 day supply for adults.

My family of four took this daily during the 2017-2018 cold & flu season. All four of us stayed well the entire season! And I attribute this, in part, to this D3. Thanks, MaryRuth Organics!! My first review on this product went something like this "great vegan option! Readily absorbed and had no taste at all, however it was a little expensive for me so I probably will not purchase again." I received a long and thought out email from Michael who works at MaryRuth organics. Not only did he apologize for the financial inconvenience, but he offered to work with me on future pricing of the product just to keep me as a customer. He even sent me something in the mail. He truly cared enough to email and text me just to make sure I was satisfied! Nowadays it is very difficult to find trustworthy and kindhearted companies to support but this is without a doubt one of them! Just knowing that my money is going to such a considerate and kind company is good enough for me to buy Again! Plus, the product is great :)

I went to the ER multiple times with entire body pain, twitches, weakness... They didn’t find anything wrong. Then I remembered that my doctor years ago told me to start taking vitamin D in large doses, I did on and off, then forgot to keep taking it. So for 4 years I’ve felt terrible, until now. I can feel my body getting better. My legs get pain if I forget to take it. I also take the liquid multivitamin.

So easy, smooth and tasteless. Baby loves the “tongue tickles“ when I give him his 2 squirts every morning. Great not to worry about having to wash a dropper after every use if it get saliva on it. Just point and shoot!

We love this product. I was so happy to find a tasteless vitamin d (my kids say it tastes like water). But I was a little disappointed with the purchase of my 2nd bottle. The package arrived with no sign of damage but when I opened the product box the vitamin d was spilled everywhere. More then half of the bottle spilled inside the packaging.
