So far, so good!
It’s hard to review vitamins because realistically it can take months to determine if they help. And even then, a blood test is often required. Alas, Vitamin D is one that’s especially hard to know whether you have enough in your system. This being said, based on annual blood teats over the last few years, I know I have lower vitamin D levels than ideal. This is my first attempt at taking vitamin D. I can say these tablets are about the size of an aspirin tablet, smell like cherry, are easy to chew, and have a mild bing or maraschino cherry taste. Honestly, they’re surprisingly easy to use. The directions say to take with food, but based on what I’ve read, you should take them with food that includes fat to help with absorption. I do wish the manufacturer used an independent lab for testing to confirm potency, but overall, I’m comfortable giving this brand a try.
