So I purchased this to add for skin care. Heard that it does wonders for skin especially when combined with the topical, which I already use.<br />I ran out a couple of weeks ago.<br />Suddenly noticed my body was really stiff and I have had terrible dry eyes and mouth.<br />Turns out… this supplement helps with all of those things.<br />I had no idea.<br />But I won’t skip reorder when it’s time again.

This supplement helps with so many things. Hair, skin, nails mobility brain function sleep mood hormones IBS...... I took it for 3 months.. ran out for 1 month and really noticed a difference. Started taking it again and felt sooo much better. It really works!!!

I’ve heard so much about Hyaluronic Acid being helpful for several ailments and finally decided to spend the money to try for my arthritis (and for fresher skin. I’m 63 and pretty much look 20 years younger, but hey, could never look too young!). I’ve given it 2 months and don’t notice any improvement. I decided to stop my Diclofenac for a couple of weeks lately and now am rushing to go back on them because the pain is great. The only change I’ve noticed in myself in the past month is more hair - in the wrong place, my face!! So I’m disappointed in this product.

I’m very physically active and fit for my age but I have mild arthritis especially in the hip joints. If I take this supplement every day, I sleep through the night without experiencing hip pain. A few times I have run out and the hip pain returns, so I know this product is working well for me.
