I always reach for Nature Made first because they were the first brand to send their product to a lab for independent testing of the contents. Because there is no regulation of the supplement industry, companies can put anything on the label and there are no checks and balances to be sure they contain what they say. Nature Made counteracts that by sending their product off to be sure it contains what they say, and in the correct amounts. This is important because vitamins A, D, E, and K don't flush from your body like the others and can build up in toxic levels. I know I'm safe taking these.<br />I like the flavor and consistency of the gummies.

This product tastes so good, like they should make these as candy haha but be wary of multivitamins. I wanted to buy this because I have been told I am anemic and I wanted to see if the vitamin B would help my tiredness. I took these for a while and my hair started to fall out. I am not knocking the brand because obviously I was affected by something in the product my body didnt need (probably the Bioton). I reccomend you ask a doctor to do a blood screening first and ask if you should take any specific supplements/which brands are reputable. Biotin has been know to have adverse effects so at least consider what's in your multivitamin!!<br /><br />Side note: I know that vitamins are not FDA approved and so they could be selling you sugar pills, but nature made is one of the more reputable brands.

I’ve got a picky teenager that doesn’t eat well (what teenager does! 🤷🏻‍♀️) and she has a hard time swallowing larger pills. These taste good so she eats them, and I can have peace of mind that she is at least getting the nutrients she should be getting daily.

So I am usually really bad about remembering to take any of my meds, this is because usually I have to take any meds with food or my stomach gets upset. Which would lead to me often forgetting to take my meds in that one window around when I was eating, and ultimately opt out of meds that day.<br /> These are great because I can just take them and they both taste pretty good and they don't upset my stomach. I just leave the bottle by my computer, and when I see it when I eventually go to my computer that day, I then just take my meds. I have been so much more reliable, going on weeks now of remembering every day, when it used to be weeks between actually taking them, so these are great for me.<br />EDIT: I can still taste it hours later, literally, it is so horrible. had my sister try it and she agrees, SO BAD.

This is the only gummy vitamin that I can eat because all the other ones I’ve tried leave a bad cough-syrup-like aftertaste. This tastes like strawberry fruit snacks so I was pleasantly surprised. I can but dislike swallowing pills so this is my favorite. Highly recommend!

I have a house full of girls and these are a huge hit. I don’t even need to tell them to take their vitamins, they are asking me for them instead! They have a great taste and are easy to chew.<br /><br />Possible TMI but we have noticed that when we make sure to take our vitamins our period cramps are much more manageable than when we are not taking our vitamins. (I have also added a little<br />bit of iron for that week since these vitamins don’t have any, and that helped even more) Hope this helps anyone who suffers from extreme cramping and exhaustion during that time of the month.
