On the advice of his doctor, my husband takes folic acid. This folic acid comes in a capsule that's filled with a tan, powdery substance. They are easy to swallow and aren't too big to make swallowing uncomfortable. There are enough pills for a 4-month supply, so the cost is very fair.

I noticed my hair falling out a few months after I had Covid so I ordered these to try and help it second back up. I have really noticed a difference there’s not as much hair in my brush when I brush it after a shower and I can tell it’s getting thicker it worked for me I will be ordering more.

Way too high of dosage for anyone. Makes me extremely nauseous until all clears out of system; at least 36 hours. I eat healthy and clean, I dont need to overdose on this stuff. Not using anymore; feel totally back to health.

Being anemic and having some hair loss my doctor has instructed me to take folic acid, biotin and B12. How great all three come in one dose.<br />No problem taking or swallowing. Will continue taking them.
