My daughter discovered these vitamins on Tik Tok and I was immediately open to trying them because I had never had a liquid vitamin before. I tried the strawberry flavor and it tasted amazing. Within a few days, I felt a difference - I had more energy to the point where one day, I forgot to take my daily energy drink and didn't even notice, because the energy was nice and natural with no crash. I never thought I would not have my energy drink, but right then and there, I knew these vitamins were something special.<br /><br />After that, I went on to Amazon and visited her website, and noticed that she had the women's vitamins, but they were sold out and would take a month to restock. So, I decided to take the women's 40+ vitamins that had hormone and cognitive support instead. Let me tell you, I immediately noticed a difference, especially with my spaciness.<br /><br />I notice now that I am almost 50, I space out more than normal. I told my doctor about this, but received no answers - she just told me she was spacy too. I just thought maybe this was all in my head or something I would have to live with and adjust to. However, when I took the vitamins today, I felt no spaciness whatsoever - just a clear and beautiful mind. I absolutely love these vitamins and will take nothing else for the rest of my life - there is magic about them.<br /><br />Prior to taking the 40+ vitamins, I was taking the liquid multivitamin for a month, which is also great. I went to the doctor to have my blood work done last week and everything came back in the normal range. I am not even pre-diabetic anymore. Mind you, I was more conscious of what I ate, added more healthier food choices to my diet, and walked, but I did not change my diet or walking drastically. But nothing seemed to help until I added these vitamins into my life.<br /><br />These things are magical, really like a magic potion or some witchcraft (just kidding). I have not felt this amazing since my youth. I got the 40+ liquid vitamin in peach and although it was thicker than the liquid multivitamin, it still tasted really good. It tasted like baby food almost, but I did not notice a fishy taste at all, like others have mentioned. I am a complete fan and will take nothing else moving forward. I was taking some "One A Days" silver and it is not touching this - no vitamin I have ever taken can touch this. I just pray and hope the price does not go up and I plan on subscribing to make sure I always have my refrigerator stocked with this stuff.<br /><br />If you have any doubts about these vitamins, give them a try, even if you never try them again. I believe most of you will not be disappointed. These are a miracle!! I can't see myself ever living without them.

This was the first liquid multivitamin that I’ve tried. I truly appreciate that this multivitamin doesn’t give me an upset stomach even when taken on an empty stomach. I have taken Mary Ruth’s women's multivitamin for a month now and can honestly say that I have had a positive experience with it despite the fact that (for me) the taste is not good… at all. Actually, I wasn’t even sure if I was going to be able to choke it down on a daily basis. Imagine the taste and consistency of puréed canned peaches and fish oil. Yea. Gross. But, before you stop reading this review and say “forget that!” I want to share with everyone how I was able to get past the thick consistency and bad taste so I could still benefit from this great multivitamin. I use a large medicine cup and fill it with 30ml of cold water followed by directly adding the multivitamin, which brings the total volume to 45ml (15ml=1tbsp). DO NOT mix the water and multivitamin! Immediately take it and swallow quickly. The water helps the thick fluid slide right past your tongue and down your throat without much taste and the medicine cup clean. I get that this review may seem a little silly and may even be off putting, but I really think this stuff has helped me with brain fog, fatigue, and my hormonal imbalance, so if it can help others, then I want them to know how to benefit without hesitation!

My sister told me about Mary Ruth Organics. She saw it on tik tok. So, I needed to order vitamins. Kinda questioned liquid but, tried anyway. Really like the taste of the Vanilla Peach. This is now my 2nd month. Definitely overall I truly feel better. Didn't get sick when my daughter was for weeks. Usually I'm sick within a few days. I definitely believe it is because of me changing to this vitamin. Libido was on label, didn't know when I ordered it. LOL Even joked about it with my husband. Pleasantly surprised last 2 weeks, definitely noticed an increase in drive. Amazing perk, your partner will definitely be happy as well. Married 23 yrs, he's definitely grateful. 1 tsp a day so worth the price. I will never go back to drug store multi vitamin. Also never have to worry about that HUGE pill getting stuck in throat. Probably BEST perk of liquid multi vitamin. No more gagging LOL

I’ve used this brands for years and am now going from the multi to the multi 40+ liposomal with hormone support liquid. I think what people need to remember is that this is a vitamin as far as taste and I have never had a vitamin that tasted like heaven except gummies and they have more sugar than product usually lol. The peach taste and viscosity is mild to be honest. I simply put in my mouth and drink some water every morning and goes down smoothly with no aftertaste. It is a light peachy taste. I’ve had no issues and have felt much better as far as energy and aches and pains . I trust this brand and use a few supplements from them. The iron liquid is great as well. It reversed my anemia in a huge way and had no horrible taste at all and iron is notorious for being horrid tasting. With anything first day or two to adjust and then should be smooth sailing. I refrigerate and shake prior to squirting in tablespoon. Great product as usual and company is great with handling concerns of any type of you contact them directly.

I don't mind the flavor at all. It tastes like a peach flavored candy. I admit it is very sweet but I always wash it down with a glass of water. I am on my 2nd bottle and have noticed that my knee pain is gone. I was taking tumeric for my joint pain, but have stopped because the Multi-vitamin is taking away the pains. I had seen a TicToc video where a lady was raving that after taking this multi-vitamin, her gray hairs went away. Well, that hasn't happened for me. No noticeable difference yet. Still lot's of grays. But I'll definitely report back if my hair turns brown again. I gave the review a 4 star because my 3rd bottle arrived improperly packaged and the cap (and dispenser) was smashed in the box, so I have no cap, and can't dispense the liquid. I emailed the manufacturer and no response.<br />I saw how other's raved over the great customer service. Sadly, I have not experienced that.<br /><br />Update: I just started on my 3rd bottle and OMG, the fish taste was so strong!! I had read other reviews about how it tasted of fish but I hadn't experienced this with my first 2 bottles. This one is also very watery and not thick like my first 2 bottles. Now I'm concerned that I may have a bad batch.<br />I'm on the subscription but just got an email that they are out of stock.

I like this brand and love their gummies but dang, this liquid multivitamin tastes like you're chowing down on fish. Absolutely inedible for me.<br /><br />*****<br />Updating my review to 4 stars.
