I love that the vitamin pack is convenient and the pills are easy to swallow. I would have liked to see more of some ingredients like calcium and lutein and perhaps less of magnesium, but every person is different and this is a good overall assortment. Iron is missing which may or may not be an issue for some. I also noticed that none of the supplements I take for joint health are included.<br /><br />The three cold symptom prevention packs are a nice bonus and they contain the usual amount of Vitamin C and Zinc found in other products.<br /><br />These will be handy for travel, but I'm not so sure they are optimized for women over 50 like me. I will still need to add my joint supplement and calcium to these packs.

These little packets are great to take daily vitamins. I travel frequently, so being able to grab a few packets to take will be great. I liked that they included some immune-focused ones for colds. It's packaged very well and includes lots of information about the products. However, this seems a little pricey for a vitamin regimen that isn't customized to the individual person.

You simply get one packet every morning, peel open it and take all the capsules inside for your every day need. The nutrient potency is high according to the supplement facts. For most people, probably that's the only supplement you need because there are so many different kinds capsules covering your overall health, immunity and rejuvenation.<br /><br />I deduct one star from it because of its price. For this price level, you definitely expect an organic product but this is not. Anyway, I still recommend it because of its convenience and the fact that it is an all in one supplement that meets most of your daily supplement needs for normal people.

The Envura vitamin packs arrived nicely packaged, and the vitamin packs for each day are easy to open. These work great at home or when traveling. I love that the product listing has all of the nutritional information! So often, manufacturers do not include this information and it is very frustrating. The daily vitamins includes one that includes common phytonutrients, adding a nice bonus. I have not broken down the cost of buying my vitamins and supplements individually versus this option, nor have I compared the amounts and percentages for each. Off the cuff, I think these may be a little over-priced, but since I don't know the actual quality of the vitamins, fish oil, etc., it is hard to judge price/value. I will say that the convenience of grabbing one packet is easier than having to sort my stuff out 1-2 weeks at a time and I can take it on the go if I am not eating breakfast at home, when I usually take my supplements. Definitely have nothing critical to say at this point, but the unknowns cause me to give it a 4 instead of 5. That's not a criticism, it's just a reality, but I would recommend you to try these if they fit your budget.
