I originally got this supplement because I wanted to try something with Thiamine. I had read about how Thiamine helps with digestive/constipation issues. It can also prevent a number of other issues that are due to a Thiamine deficiency. I haven't taken it long enough to know for sure but it seems like my bowel movements are a little more regular since I started taking this.
Wheat Germ is something I have been taking in tablets and capsules for a long time. To find these in gummy form helps my daily intake when I need a quick snack. Taking a couple gummies before a workout is also important for me. The taste is very good and the gummies themselves are easy to chew. Overall happy with this product.

Caused stomach upset almost every dose. May work fine for others but definitely not for me.
