Felt it start working on my bones in three days. The calcium hydroxyapatite (look it up) is amazing for any bone loss. you may not have to take this product forever, but three to six months is good.

Using this product for Osteopenia and as a preventative for Osteoporosis. Bb contains several of the key nutrients that research shows help bone loss. Would like this product to contain more k-2 and NO maltodextrin!

I am a 74 years young female that had a pre disposition toward osteoporosis. I researched for the best supplement to help reverse or control this issue and this product was recommended. I have been taking this product for 2 years now and have had no ill-effects (i.e. constipation) and my blood panels have indicated that I am no longer at risk of osteoporosis. I would highly recommend this supplement.

Don't know why I did not notice this as I was making my decision concerning purchase of a supplement for bone health. Maybe I just looked at so many Amazon descriptions, I finally made my choice without noticing that the label for Bone Boost has K2, and no specific information. This could be K2-4, which I can obtain very easily, from common food sources. What I meant to purchase was a supplement with K2-Mk7, for proper absorbtion of calcium. I don't like to add the RDA for calcium to my diet, without including K2-Mk7, because I don't want to add too much calcium to my blood. K2-Mk7 is the vitamin which we need for transfer of calcium to our bones and teeth. Only a very small number of foods provide K2-Mk7, so I've been searching for a supplement with this form of vitamin K.<br />I have given Bone Boost 4 stars, because the description does include a picture of the label, and I should have known. I would not have purchased this, if I had noticed.<br />Will not be returning this product. I'm disappointed. I should have studied the picture of the label more carefully. This costs too much, to provide just K2 4, which has a large number of food sources.

My doctor suggested I start taking something for bone health so I saw this product on Amazon it contains vitamins D3 and K which your body needs to absorb calcium so I bought it I haven't noticed a difference but I did find another product at the drugstore with vitamin D & K in it also for a lot less so I did not rebuy it I bought the product from the drugstore

There was a problem with my gums and I thought that it was caused by a lack of calcium. I could definitely feel my gums getting better after eating this product.
