Easy to swallow capsules- smell and taste like mint. But the after-burps are EXTREMELY fishy!

I usually purchase these at Whole Foods, but was in a pinch since I ran out. Never ordering on Amazon again. The quality was not as good as the ones bought at Whole Foods! Found various black capsules which I have never encountered purchasing in store. I saw on other reviews they claim you can still take the black capsules, but I don't know. It seems like the ones they sell online are the reject bottles? Save yourself the online purchase and make the trip to ensure you get a good bottle!

I double checked the product description before writing this review to make sure it stated it was for nursing mommas. This contains mint which is known to lower your milk supply. Some people aren’t affected, I definitely was. I’ve never been worried about my supply until I tried these. I’ve kept them to have after I stop nursing when my son turns one year old. He is 6 months old now and I really thought I wasn’t going to be able to reach my goal of breastfeeding for a year because of these vitamins. It was that bad. I only tried these for a full month before I realized they were the culprit. Switched to a different postnatal and my supply is back. If any of you are curious I am now taking the Pink Stork post natal gummies. Highly recommend.

I’m 20 days postpartum and actively breastfeeding. After taking two of them as the recommendation stated, I did. They taste good and I can already feel a difference in just a few hours on the first dose. My mood is more stable and I’m able to function a little better. Definitely recommend.

Terrible multivitamins with terrible smell, taste which give you fish burps and stomach upset. And the worst thing is that it caused an allergic reaction in the baby as I’m breastfeeding. Beware of the allergic reaction of your baby if you are breastfeeding!!!
