I've used this stuff for a long time. I am so glad I can buy it from AMAZON now. I suffer from bad heartburn and acid reflux. This product has no added water and is pure strength. I have been following the Coats brand for years and their products always carry the highest quality aloe vera. I would recommend this to anybody looking for organically grown aloe full strength aloe vera juice. You won't find better. Also there is NO citric acid added to the drink. Aloe contains a very small amount of citric acid naturally.

I love this product! I was diagnosed with Barrett's Esophagus several years ago. This condition increases the risk for esophageal cancer, so controlling heartburn and acid reflux is very important to prevent it from worsening. My gastroenterologist insisted I take a PPI long-term. Immediate side effects, even by changing Rxs, were uncomfortable. Long-term side effects look to be even less appealing: possible kidney, lung, stomach, heart, and bone issues to name a few. I had tried other natural alternatives such as apple cider vinegar, drinking 10 glasses of water daily, avoiding all acidic and dairy foods, avoiding gluten. Nothing helped me. Until Now! I finally found some real Aloe!! I bought this with the intent to add to smoothies for its health properties. It is flavorless and nearly odorless. I will be definitely be trying more flavors. It's helped tremendously.
