I have all kinds of problems. A bad knee which requires surgery to fix, sciatic nerve pain in the Butt, and an arthritic ankle. This helps make possible for me to do things I need to do less painful. Rub some on and instantly feel better. It helps you feel more confident to move around, but it certainly won't heal you. I'm ordering more today. I don't want to run out. Reasonable cost.

I have to use a lot of it but it literally cools down the pain. My back and neck kills sometimes. I have straight neck. Meaning my neck is literally straight and I get pains here and there. The 5000 mg drops the pain down from like a 6 to a 0. It's worth it
