Small pills like Davinci brand. The Davinci brand was around this price a year ago, but has since raised its price more than 20%. There are a couple of other brands of ADK vitamins, but their pills are much larger and has been raising their prices as well. Recommendation to the vendor: Keep the price low to increase your market share!!
My Vit D was very low so my Naturopath suggested I take these to up my levels. She stated the Vit K helps you absorb the Vit D better. Was taking it for a month before being tested again, results showed my levels had increased to normal levels. Doesnt upset my stomach

This combination of vitamins has the correct of quantities of the vitamins. My reference book is "Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox". The author is from Canada, and apparently in that country combinations of vitamins are the norm. According to the author, it is important to take the same amount of Vitamins A and D3. IF these vitamins are not in balance--I was losing my hair. So I think this is important. Shame here in the US we don't have enough sense to add the same amount of Vitamin A to products we added Vitamin D3 to.<br /><br />These pills are small so they are easy to swallow. I highly recommend them.
You see I have vitamin B12 and D anemia. This makes me prone to high levels of vertigo. I tried meclizine, but it only works for a little bit; however, when I take two a day I can finally have my normal life back! My vertigo was getting to the point that I couldn't drive anywhere and had to leave work early because I was afraid that I couldn't get myself home. My doctor wanted me to take the bioite version, but it is way to expensive! This is not expensive at all. It helps that it near vegan cause I am allergic to most medicine and food byproducts like fish and shellfish ( makes my tongue swell and causes hives). I would subscribe if I wasn't so dependent on specific day.
My husband and I have been taking this product now for almost 3 years. I started because my Dr. said that my vitamin D levels were low, as were my husband's. She recommended that I take an ADK rather than D alone. We live in sunny Florida and get plenty of sun but still lacking in vitamin D. I started with 10,000 IUs for 3 months & then dropped to 5,000 per day since. Both of our levels are above normal and within range. Proof is in the pudding to actually see these amazing results.
