Like some have already mentioned. I too bought this thinking this was just Magnesium L-Threonate, due to the wording on the title of the product page. When in reality it's actually a magnesium complex. That alone wouldn't have been a big deal, but the issue here is the MAGNESIUM OXIDE. A significant percentage of the population are sensitive to magnesium oxide, myself included. Yet magnesium oxide isn't even listed on the label, you have to really look for it line by line on this product page to find out that it does contain magnesium oxide. This ended up inducing extreme nausea the only two time I've taken it. I gave it another go on a different day after I vomited my guts out the first time, hoping that it was just something else I ate. So after isolating all the variable I could think of, this thing still gave me debilitating nausea. So now I have a useless big bottle of this stuff that I've only taken 4 pills out of. Obviously your mileage may very. But if you know that you're sensitive to magnesium oxide, STAY AWAY!

I always leave a review on all my purchases, good and bad, I don't really care what people say, the truth is always the truth, I have read all the reviews here, and they are honest, but people were missing some important matters. Furthermore, I work on a warehouse all day and have muscle cramps, back pain and most of the time headaches, I don't know if they are because of the heat inside the warehouse, but one of my Friends recommended this product and believe me, Magnesium like this are impossible to get, have tried all of them, I don't want to discuss brands, is not even worth telling people about them. Not only that, but I wake at 5am in the morning, at 8am I'm feeling sleepy! Have to take an energy drink to keep up with my work, and at 3pm, start feeling tired, have taken this Magnesium and believe me, first day and forget about all the things I have told you! All gone! I've suffered with chronic migraine and cervical dystonia long enough to fully understand how important a good manesium daily is. This is the 12th, but most effective magnesium I've tried. I take 4 a day and can't be without it.

My migraines are gone thanks to these miracle magnesium supplements. My whole family takes this brand because it's so much better and has more in it than other magnesium supplements. Highly reccomend this!

This is my 4th brand of Magnesium L-Threonate and the best one. This is a great complex. I am 57 and still working. My job is very stressful and mentally and physically demanding all day. I have observed better memory and much more mental and physical endurance with no leg crams. I have also been suffering from constipation for many years, and I'm glad they have now added Magnesium Oxide from (TRAACS brand, top mineral company in USA) to the formula since it is excellent for constipation! I highly recommend this product, and I hope it will do the same for you (I take three in the morning). I rarely write reviews.
