I have tested low on vitamin D, as I understand that many Americans do from my doctor. Now, in order to keep my D levels up I'm taking 2ea 5000 IU capsules as just the 5000IU did not provide enough vitamin.<br />D. I was very happy to find this capsule, the same size as the 5000iu but with twice the dosage. I wouldn't know how to rate these without a lab measuring vitamin D levels and will update this review after my annual medical blood work.<br />So trusting they provide the amount stated amount of Vitamin D, they are tiny-sized softgels and easy to swallow even amongst a handful of other pills every morning. They give off only a very slight odor, not unpleasant, when first opening the bottle,.and as I said, they go down easy with a glass of water.<br />Also these are a great value at only $.04 a capsule which when comparing to 5000IU is 1/2 again the cost or compare to $.02 a capsule.<br />A great value and convenient with the 10,000 IU dosage in a single softgel.

Should have looked at the ingredients more carefully but this has soy lecithin which is GMO and rice bran oil which is high in Omega 6. Just know that this product is non-refundable!

I find that this one seems to be doing very well with my health routine. Of course we all know that living above ATL, GA makes us all vitamin D deficient - so this is a nice way to get some good Vitamin D3 in and stored as our body uses it all the time! Great product - no taste, easy to swallow, and easy to store! Please remember that if you are taking certain medications it may be best to not take it with some. Check that out before you take it! I wasn't getting much sun exposure so i needed this product to help me with the vitamin D i needed to support my body.

I don't take in sun due to sensitivities.... so the Dr. said take D3. Being auto immune suppressed I take one in the a.m. and one in the p.m. and I am running smoothly.

Very absorbing and moist. My pubes are back baby!!!
