Didn't break down enough

Consumer reports rated it favorably. I have not seen any improvements yet.

I don't think I have been taking it too long yet. Need a little more time to see.

Chose this because it is a name brand powder.<br /><br />We have been using collagen in our morning "bulletproof" coffee for a few years now. We notice that it boosts energy and makes for good skin elasticity, nail growth, and healthy hair. These are results that take awhile to notice with regular use. For us, the switch in brands did not seem to make a difference in either direction which is good. This lesser brand blends well in hot beverages with an immersion blender. Did not try it in cold beverages. Overall, no complaints or regrets.

I have almost gone through my first canister and can tell no difference in my hair, skin, or nails. This is what the product advertises. I will try another kind the next time I order.

I am getting to be A Certain Age, as mother would have said, and am looking for any extra help I can get. I looked into collagen for assistance with skin, hair, nails and mobility but didn’t want to add another pill to my daily regimen. Someone suggested I try powder form instead because it can be blended into drinks and smoothies easily. This powder is undetectable when used in smoothies and has become part of my morning routine. I love that it is all from plants and look forward to reaping the health benefits! Definitely recommend!
