I haven't noticed any difference in taking these. Seems like one of those vitamins that's placebo. That do taste good though. I won't be using anymore once I run out.

It's hard to definitively say how effective the Biotin is working so I'll review based on what I can definitively say... These are pretty good tasting. They aren't spectacularly tasty, but pretty good.<br /><br />I'm not sure if I got a strange batch, but mine are quite an opaque orange color. The listing itself and other reviewers have much better looking translucent red jelly looking ones. My bottle even has the same 9-24-2023 expiration date, might be a different lot number though. Not sure how that effects the taste, but it's something worth noting and docking at least a start in the review for these concerns.

It definitely helps with the nails and hair . I like how it curves your appetite too.

These seem to work well for me, though it's always hard to tell for sure. But I like the ingredients in these. They have a nice fruity, sweet flavor. The texture is soft, a little chewy, and not tough or sticky.
