I love this product.

This has truly helped with my PCOS, and I love the added zinc in the capsules. You have to take 4, but it’s worth it!

NOT ALL BRANDS ARE THE SAME

I take myo-nositol for my pcos, fatigue and my period cramps. Usually I feel great taking this suppl met, I switched brands from what I usually take to give this one a try since it was a little less money and had more pills inside. It doesn't work the same though. I take 3/4 pills a day and i'm exhausted still, my acne is back and its usually clear taking this. ALSO my period this month WAS AWFUL. I'm returning this and going back to what I normally purchase. Not happy with this brand.

Slowly working!

I have started taking inositol a couple months ago and have noticed my pms symptoms seem to be fading away with each cycle. I was so excited to find this inositol with no filler junk in it and love the vitamin d and zinc added too! Would recommend giving it a try!

I finally have nails

Having suffered from an iron deficiencies for a very, very long time. I was pleased to see little things start to happen my hair became more manageable (it hasn't become full, but not as frizzy) and I have nails again!!!
