This is easy to take, I just add the drops to some juice as directed. It tastes good with juice and I have had no issues with gastric upset.<br /><br />I have been taking turmeric and ginger in the capsule form previously for the anti inflammatory effects so this replaces the capsules. I have continued to receive the same benefits as previously.<br /><br />I am happy with the liquid form as I don’t really like taking capsules or pills so I will be reordering this when this runs out.

I'm a big fan of turmeric and take it every day and it definitely helps with joint and tendon pain. This liquid turmeric has no odor and no taste. I tried it first in a small amount of water and later I added it to a glass of iced tea. It seems to work but I had to take 2 droppers instead of one and after the second dose, the pain went completely away. I appreciate that the dropper is calibrated for measuring so you know how much 1 ml is. The liquid is 345mg of a turmeric and ginger proprietary blend and 300mcg of black pepper extract. A dose is 1 dropper/1ml and there are 59 doses in the bottle. At around $7, I think it's a good value.

The liquid turmeric had no discernable scent and on its own, did not have a pungent or bitter flavor that I read about on the internet. The eyedrop like dispenser allowed for easy distribution of the right amount of liquid. My mom, however, said that the paste I made her out of the natural herbs tasted so good, she wanted me to make some as a spread for meats. As for her gums, the turmeric paste seemed to dry out the abscess within a day.

I really appreciated the graduated dropper, which I have not seen in any other dropper-administered products. It allowed me to dose according to directions.<br />The water didn't take on color as far as I could tell, nor did it have an aroma. It did have a hint of sweetness, though I might have been imagining that.<br />I have to say that I have tried a lot of products from Carlyle and I have been pleased with every one of them, from ingredients to presentation to flavor.<br />This is a convenient way to get ginger and turmeric, along with black pepper extract for bioavailability, and the price is fantastic. Recommended.
