Bought these for my brother who tends to always be high strung. He started taking them and noticed his constant anxiousness fade away. People at his work place also noticed. Now they periodically remind him to keep eating his gummy bears, LOL. My brother says he is sleeping much better too. I would recommend these supplements for reasons described above.

I purchased these originally because my physician wanted me to try them to see if they could addres my heart palps. He just wanted me to take a magnesium supplement, but I chose these because they're gummies and they taste good. After trying them I found that if I take them prior to going to bed I sleep better and they also keep me regular. A lot of bang for your buck with these tasty little gummies. BTW, the heart palps are gone, but honestly I believe it was my Fosamax med that was causing them since my magnesium levels were normal when tested. I no longer take Fosamax.

Wow. I slept like a baby and woke up and had (sorry TMI) the best poop I have ever had. Felt like it all came out at once. If your going daily but don’t feel like it is a complete void then try these out. Wow I’m sold. I took three the first night but went down to two the second night. That’s the magic number for me personally. I’m 5’3 and 125 for reference. I got the watermelon flavor and it was good. I will not forget to take these!

I love this magnesium supplement and the fact that it doesn’t have gelatin in it. It’s easy to take right before I brush my teeth at night. I’ve had other magnesium supplements that taste better, but the customer service with this company is excellent. I’m glad that it is all magnesium citrate.

These taste great and are perfect for my kids. I give to my 2 and 6 year old at bedtime- they remind me if I forget because they like them so much! So glad I found these because they help them relax and sleep better.

My pediatrician recommended this for my 3 year old because he was regularly constipated. Within I think 2 days of giving him this it made a huge difference in his regularity. Before he would hunch over and cry bc his tummy hurt and I’d have to massage his tummy and give him Metamucil. We do one gummy at bedtime and it’s working like a charm!! I also think it’s helped his sleep. He had been waking up in the middle of the night really scared and we’d have to lay with him til he fell back asleep. Now that we’re giving him the gummies it’s happening far less frequently!<br />Lastly they taste so good and I usually eat one when I give him his!
