Works for some

I was looking for something to help my mood and ease anxiety. It did just that for my husband, but it made my anxiety worse. It actually made me feel a little energized which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just not what I anticipated. I have it 4 stars because it did help my husband so I didn’t want to hold the product accountable for my response.<br />They are very sweet, but taste good.

I have been taking these almost a month but have not noticed any difference personally. The flavor is also very medicine-like.
