I have a hard time falling asleep, and an even harder time staying asleep, so I usually take a high dose of melatonin (15-20mg). When I first got these patches, I used two because I thought just one would be pointless. It completely knocked me out and I slept for 9 hours straight. I slept so hard, I felt groggy for a few hours after I woke. The next night I just used one patch, but still took a tablet. Only woke up once during the night, which never happens. Still felt a bit groggy, so tonight I’m just going to use the patch. Bottom line: these patches work. Much better than pills.

These patches are way too expensive but they do work.

I don't know why I thought a patch could help. It did nothing for me. Maybe it will work for someone else but not me. The one star is for the delivery. It was packaged securely and arrived on time.

As someone who has always had trouble falling asleep, but still has to get up early, these things have saved my life. Help me get to sleep easily at a reasonable hour and not feel groggy getting up. Hallelujah!

These patches do every thing I expected them to do. They work far better than anything else I’ve tried. I look forward to sleeping more than ever.
